CLEVELAND (AP) — Civic leaders in a Cleveland neighborhood are coming up with ways to mark the 70th anniversary of the first “Superman” comic book. Cartoonists Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster grew up in the city’s Glenville neighborhood, where they created the Man of Steal.
