CLEVELAND (AP) - Officials are hoping a high-tech parking idea will take off at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Smart technology now used at airport parking facilities in Baltimore and Jacksonville, Florida, uses sensors and monitors to alert drivers to empty spaces.
