It was a perfect day for voting, but for Akron residents it was not a usual day for it. Polling hours were scheduled for 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 PM for a special election to decide whether Mayor Don Plusquellic should be recalled or serve the remainder of his fifth term. WKSU’s Tim Rudell reports.
