CLEVELAND (AP) - A high-profile defendant in a corruption investigation in Cleveland has pleaded guilty. U.S. District Court Judge Kathleen O’Malley accepted the guilty pleas from for J. Kevin Kelley on Wednesday on all 11 counts, including conspiracy, bribery, theft, mail fraud and tax fraud.
